heykling created a logo and visual identity for BACHER, a Munich based start-up for premium weekender bags. The brand and its products stand for high quality made in Europe, thought through functionality and stylish understatement. The key messages BACHER wants to communicate are: modernity, simple elegance and longevity.
Of course all these aspects should be reflected in the brand design and logo. Especially the classic and lasting character were the driver for the visual development. The brand mark is split into word and character mark which can be used individually as well as combined. The character mark plays with the brand name´s first letter in a geometrical and curved way – a balance which is also displayed in the shapes of the bags themselves. The word mark reflects the clean and minimalistic character of the brand.
